Fine Arts Camps Europe (FACE) serve young musicians between the age of 8 - 19. They admit students of any race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, and do not discriminate in the administration of their programs. Students will be accepted on first come, first served basis.

Residents / citizens of Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Uruguay, El Salvador, Turkey, Israel may apply for 15% discount.

Students for other countries may also apply for international discount depending on the current offer.

This tuition does not include transportation. You can reserve your tickets through our website or contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Payment can be made via wire bank transfer or check after your application is proceeded. Deadline for all payments: May 31, 2017. Payment in cash can be made only upon permission given by camp management.




Czech Music Camp offers wide variety of discounts for every participant. There is only one discount per one application.

First moment 3% - this discount applies to all applications received by January 31, 2017 (extended till February 15) and paid in full by February 28, 2017.
You can use additional New Year Bonus +1% for applications received by December 31, 2016 and full payments made by January 20, 2017.

Family discount 5% - will be given out to two and more participants from one family.




Camp uniforms are worn by all campers, teachers and staff for all concerts and some other activities as decided by camp management. Some parts of the uniform (Blue Lake polo shirts, sweaters and sweatshirts) may be rented at the camp (fee 40 CZK ). New C.M.C.Y. / FACE polo shirts (298 CZK / 14 USD) and sweatshirts (430 CZK / 20 USD) can be purchased at the camp. (1 USD = approx. 24 CZK, 1 EUR = approx. 27 CZK). This uniform is to be worn with navy blue pants or navy blue skirt and white socks (students have to bring their own). Please bring enough socks and underwear to last for the whole session. Our laundry service is provided only for uniform items once per session. As our camp is situated in the middle of forest, please bring substantial shoes.





FACE CZ – our traditional campus is located in a facility with natural surroundings calledCamp Radost, recreational facility TÁBOR RADOST (CAMP "JOY") near Horní Jelení, Czech Republic approx. 130 km east of Prague. Students will stay in small cabins with 4 bunk beds or in hostel rooms with 4 single beds. Bathrooms are located in the main building. Meals including breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack and soft drinks will be served in the camp cafeteria.





7:00 wake up, 7:30 breakfast 1st shift, 7:50 breakfast 2nd shift, 8:30 - 11:45 morning rehearsals, 12:15 lunch 1st shift, 12:45 lunch 2nd shift, till 1:30 p.m. rest period, 1:30 - 2:30 recreational activities, 2:30 - 3:30 electives, 3:30 afternoon snack, 4:00 - 6:00 afternoon rehearsals, 6:15 dinner 1st shift, 6:45 dinner 2nd shift, 7:30 evening concert, 8:00 camp entertainment (incl. talent show, dance, camp fire, games etc.), 10:30 lights out.

Besides music classes, our goal is to show campers the beauty of music also through evening concerts and recitals. Evening concerts and recitals of staff and student ensembles will be held for the whole camp season. All events will take place on campus.




An hour daily will be reserved for electives. Students can choose choir, drawing, harp, piano, Czech drama, English drama, English conversation, music theory, individual practice, nature hikes, jazz band, and sports.

FACE CZ Participants may use our direct bus service from Prague to Radost camp Horní Jelení. Departures: July 18 and July 29, 2017, Prague, Wilsonova St. (Main Train Station) @ 3:30 p.m. Arrivals: July 29 @ 8:30 p.m. &  August 6 @ 11:30 a.m. Prague, Wilsonova St. (Main Train Station)




If for some reason participants need to arrive earlier, there is a fee 29 USD (or equivalent in CZK) per 1 night with meals and supervision. The fee will be paid upon arrival at the camp. Please notify the camp in writing 30 days before the beginning of session. Participants may not arrive earlier than 1 day before the opening day. Host families can be arranged after the camp session for participants with late departures. Host families are free of charge but may not be available at all times.




70 % of paid tuition will be refunded to participants who notify camp of cancellation at least 30 days before the opening day.

60 % of paid tuition will be rufunded to participants who notify camp of cancellation at least 7 days before the opening day.

No refunds will be made in case camp is notified of cancellation less than 7 days before the opening day or early withdrawal from the camp is made for any reason.
