Changes in electronic forms

Due date: 30/04/16 - 01/05/16

Our electronic forms were didn't work during last weekend April 30 - May 1 so if you tried to send your reservation or application, we haven't received the data. We had to change our application forms and the procedure for electronic applications. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience when you fill out applications as they need to be bilingual now. The form should be fully functional. However, if you don't hear from us within a week, please contact us, as we probably haven't received your data. 



Discount for all countries in March

Due date: 03/01/16 - 03/31/16

Students applying from countries not listed in any of the discount groups will receive 10% discount for applications received between March 1 and March 31. The discount is provided just for the tuition. It's 314 USD for 7 days, 449 USD for 11 days, and 719 USD for 18 days. We also provide 5% discount for FACE-IN applications from USA and Canada received between March 1 and March 31. Go ahead and fill in your camp application today.



First moment extended

First moment discount period has been extended for applications till February 15 and full payment till February 29, 2016. Go ahead and reserve your spot today.



20th season applications available

Due date: 12/15/15

Electronic applications are available. We have also posted application, brochure and flyer in the Download section as PDF files. If  you wish to have the stay in our camp as Christmas gift for your son or daughter, please let us know and write CHRISTMAS in the Note section of the application. We need to receve these applications by December 21 in order to e-mail gift registration to your e-mail address in time. You can use additional New Year bonus +1% to First Moment discount 3% for applications received by December 31 and fully paid by January 20, 2016.



19th season

Due date: 07/15/15 - 08/01/15

Our 19th season hosted 174 students from Lithuania, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, Russia, Great Britain, Panama, Vietnam and the United States. Our first off-camp mid-session concert was held at Doudleby castle on July 19, 2015 followed by a tour of the castle for all 120 campers and staff members.
The season opened with a harp and violin recital performed by our guests from Slovakia Lucia Vanickova and Antonia Petrakova. A group performing on historical instruments SoliDeo opened session II in Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Horni Jeleni. Some performances were held off-camp including another church concert and 2 concerts in the retirement home in Horni Jeleni followed by a parade marching band going through the streets of Horni Jeleni.
Clarinet player Tadeas Sorejs spent his 2nd season as an exchange FACE-IN camper at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. He successfully passed international audutions and will be a part of Blue Lake International Exchange Program participating in 2016 Southern Winds. He will perform with this ensemble in some European countries and US Midwest next summer.



Final instructions 2015 available

Final instructions, health forms and evening program schedules are available for download in the Download section. Internet Special Needs Form is also available. 

All participants must hand in the signed camper pledge upon their arrival at the camp together with the health form. 
Piano students will need trainers with non-marking sole. 
EU students will need to bring a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and also 50 EUR or equiv. deposit in case of medical expenses (medical fees, prescription fees etc.). Studens outside EU will need a deposit of 120 USD or equiv. We highly recommend travel insurance. 
It is also possible to book performance at the Talent Show on July 20 or July 30 via e-mail info@chtm.cz. The music for accompanist needs to be sent via e-mail by June 30, 2015.



Last minute spring offer

We have Last minute spring offer from 19 April to 10 May 2015. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. Participants from countries without a discount get 10%. Participants from countries with 10% discount get 20% instead. Participants from countries with 25% discount get 26%. Make a reservation today.

What's new in 2015 season?

Due date: 07/15/15

2015 season is going to be one day longer than previous seasons. There will be 2 mid-session concerts in session I. The first one will be held in Doudleby castle on Sunday July 19 at 3 pm followed by the tour of the castle.  The second mid-session concert will be held on Tuesday July 21 at 7:30 pm in Horni Jeleni. For applications received by December 31, 2014 and fully paid by January 20, 2015 you will receive additional 4 % New Year bonus. PDF applications for 2015 season are available in the Download section. We are currently working on electronic applications which should be available by the end of November.

 



18th season

Due date: 08/02/14

167 students from Greece, Turkey, Hungary, Lihuania, Russia, Great Britain, Mexico, Slovakia and Czech Republic participated in our 18th annual season. Czech Theatre was opened as a new major in session II. Marimba recital featuring French instrumentalist Cecile Boiffin accompanied by pianist Marketa Vyborna opened our camp season. Session II started with the Holy Trinity Church performance of Tubicenes Caelis brass ensemble from Prelouc, Czech Republic. 
A lot of concerts were held off campus. Jazz band was performing in thr retirement home in Pardubice. Choral Ensemble, recorders and harps were featuring a concert in Simeon - home for handicapped in Horni Jeleni and Horni Jeleni church performance.
Tadeas Sorejs became the first student who participated in both Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and Czech Music Camp for Youth during one camp season.
